• Cleanup & Garbage Removal — I understand that I am responsible for leaving the room in a neat, clean, and orderly condition after my event. I will remove all garbage from the room or place it in a Village of Argyle yellow garbage bag and leave it in the vestibule.
• Supervision — I will be present at the event and responsible for supervising all activities and attendees.
• Property Damage — I understand that I am responsible for any damage to the room, equipment, or Library property during my reservation.
• Decorations — I will not use push pins, nails, or tape on walls or woodwork. Decorations may be placed on tables and windows only.
• Equipment & Lights — I will turn off all lights, appliances, and other equipment when I leave.
• Key/Access Return — I will return keys or access credentials to the designated location after my event, as directed by Library staff.
• Library Rights — I understand that the Library may refuse or cancel any reservation in accordance with its Meeting Room Policy. Submission of this form does not guarantee approval of my event.
